Temporary Delays in Carrier Event Processing

Earlier today, we detected delays in event reporting from certain carriers, which may have caused some shipment tracking updates to appear later than expected.

Impact: This affected a small subset of shipment events. The vast majority of shipments were not impacted, and no deliveries were affected. All notifications were sent. In exceptional cases, some downstream systems may not process late-arriving events, but this is not the expected behavior and should be isolated to a very small minority.

Status: The issue has been fully resolved. All carrier systems are operating normally, and any delayed tracking events should now be up to date.
