We have successfully identified the root cause of the issue within the API and have implemented the necessary corrective actions to resolve it.

Monitoring
We have identified an increased amount of errors in our API services due to extremely heavy load. Issue has been resolved and we are monitoring closely to confirm it does not happen again.
